For 2010

1. Sulak Lane Field, Park Ridge

This field is located behind the Park Ridge DPW on Sulak lane which is next to to the Mobil Gas Station off of Pascack Road. There is one parking option: As you turn on to Sulak Lane from Pascack Road, proceed to the bottom of the hill and bear right around the DPW building where there is ample parking space. Walk across either of the two bridges and proceed to the field furthest to the right of the field complex.

NOTE: This field is a lighted field and is the one used in the Thursday night League.

2. Westvale Field, Westwood (Field has shed with bases & rakes―managers have keys)

This field is located behind the Westwood DPW/Recycling Center on Sand Road which is off of Westvale/Westwood Harrington Avenue. The entrance to the parking lot is a driveway that is immediately east of the intersection of Westwood Avenue and Sand Road. The field has a grass infield and outfield with a fence completely enclosing the outfield. There are uncovered benches. Unfortunately, there are NO water or restroom facilities.

There is one parking option: As you turn into the driveway bear around to the right and ample parking space is straight ahead.

NOTE: The driveway to the parking lot is unpaved.

3A. Pascack Hills High School, Montvale
Take Grand Ave. North on Spring Valley Rd. Make the first right onto Akers Avenue. Follow up Akers up the steep hill and a around the 90 degree bend. Turn right. The field will be on the right side.

3B. La Trenta Field, Montvale

Field located on Chestnut Ridge Rd. in Montvale, about a block or two north of Summit Ave; make right off Chestnut Ridge Rd. into driveway for field, field is down a hill and can been see on the right side from Chestnut Ridge when driving north.

4a. Primary: Fair Lawn High School Field on Berdan Ave., Fairlawn

This field is located at the Fair Lawn High School. The field has a grass infield. The outfield currently has temporary plastic fencing in left field, and there are no fences otherwise. In the mrning the sun field will be around short-stop, third-base, left field, and center field. There is a relatively deep backstop. The field has uncovered, but protected bench areas. Thera are minimal visitor stands along the first base line. No restrooms.

Use Mapquest to get direct directions from your location to the field or Take Rt 4 To Route 208 (at fork). Proceed approximately two miles to "Fair Lawn Avenue West" exit. Proceed less than 1 Mile and make LEFT at light at Ridge Avenue. Proceed several blocks and make LEFT onto Berdan Avenue. Several blocks down you will see Fair Lawn High School on your right.

There is one parking option: At far end of campus, there is a parking lot. You will see a "one-way" sign as a landmark. Park wherever you like--you will be beyond the left field fence.

4b. Back-Up: Vanderplatt Field, Fair Lawn

This field is located off Maple Avenue, (The one that travels south from Ridgewood), approximately 1/4 mile south of the intersection of Route 208. It is located across the street from the Fair Lawn Cemetary and is behind the bowling alley(Fair Lawn Lanes) and the Car Wash.

5a. Primary: The Gibbs School Field, New Milford

Kinderkamack Rd.→ New Milford Ave. (turns into Main St.) Veer left onto Knierm Pl. Make quick left onto Sutton Pl. School and parking lot on right or take second left onto Hirchfield Pl., field and school on left. Park on street by field.

5b. Secondary (Backup): Babe Ruth Field, New Milford

This field is located behind the New Milford Police Station off of River Road

6a. Pulis Ave Complex , Franklin Lakes (Home of the Bergen A's)

All turf field - only rubber soles or turf shoes. Route 208 North - Right onto Ewing Ave - Left onto Franklin Ave - Right onto Pulis Ave - Right onto Vichionti Way.

6b. Ramapo High School Field, Franklin Lakes

Coming from Paramus - take Route 4 West to Rout 208 North. Get off at Russell Ave. exit and follow ramp to the right over Route 208. Make a left at the stop sign onto Russell Ave., follow to end, and make a right onto Sicomak Ave. On right you will see a green sign for Ramapo H.S. Athletic Field, make right at sign into parking lot.

7. Hasbrouck Heights High School Field, Hasbrouck Heights*

All turf field - rubber soles. Route 17 South, take 1st exit south of Route 46 - Franklin Ave. - Make first right onto street above field, then first right into parking lot.
 

8a. Brookside Field, Cresskill (Field has box with bases & rakes―managers have keys)

Follow Madison Ave. east of the circle intersection (Madison and Knickerbocker Rd.). About 7 blocks make left onto Brookside Ave. Field is on right and Church and Bryan Elementary School are on your left. Field is where varsity plays.

From Garden State Parkway: Get off exit 165-Take Oradell Ave. East (crosses Kinderkamack Rd.). Make right onto Elm St. which turns into River Road. Follow south to Madison Ave. and make left onto Madison then follow above directions.

8b. 3rd Street Field, Cresskill

East on Madison Ave., go 3 blocks past Brookside Ave. and Brookside Field (on left). Make right onto Third St., field on right before Town Pool.

9. Tenakill Middle School, Closter

Going east on Old Hook Rd., cross over Schraalenburgh, Old Hook turns into High St. Cross over Knickerbocker Rd., then school is left.

There are parking lots on High St. and Harrington Ave. DO NOT drive between the 2 parking lots by cutting through the school property. Drive on the streets to the lots.

10. Barboar Pond Field, Barbour Pond Drive, Wayne

Coming from West or South- Take Route 80 East to Route 23 North. Make right onto Alps Rd., right onto Ratzer Dr., left on Valley Rd., and left onto Barbour Pond Drive.

Coming from East or North- Take 208 North to Colonial Rd. exit. Make left at the end of the ramp onto Colonial Rd. Follow to the end, make right onto Franklin Lake Rd., left onto Breakneck Rd. (which turns into Berdan Ave.) 2nd light make left onto Valley Rd. (extension), make right onto Barbour Pond Drive. Follow to field #2 on left.

11. Sloatsburg Field, Sloatsburg

Take Route 17 North or Route 287 North or Route 87 North - New York State Thruway North to Exit 15A. Make left at light onto Route 17 North for 2 miles. At first (next) light make right hand turn onto paved, then gravel driveway. Follow to end, field is on right and parking to the left.

Make right turn after 'Rhodes North Tavern'.
Small 'Sloatsburg Community Fields' Sign on north side of driveway. Post Office to the left.

12. Germonds Park Field, Bardonia, NY

From NJ/The South. Take Kinderkamack Rd., which turns into Route 304 as you cross into Pearl River, NY. Follow Route 304 North, approximately 4 miles, you will cross over the top of Route 87 (NY State Thruway) and then the Palisades Interstate Parkway. Go to the 4th light, after you cross over those 2 highways, make a right turn onto Germonds Rd./Route 27 (Albertus Magnus HS is on the corner), soon make a right hand 90º turn, following Route 27 sign, following still on Germonds Rd. until you reach 'Germonds Park'. Make right into park. Follow road/driveway all the way to the end, which is the back parking lot - park. Walk to field #1, all the way in the back. (No dugouts, no overhang over plate, big outfield, backstop back further)

13. Hudson Valley Stadium - Wappingers Falls/Fishkill, NY

Directions: Dutchess County Stadium, Wappingers Falls, Fishkill, NY - Home of minor league Hudson Valley Renegades - 48 miles/50 minutes north of Park Ridge, NJ.

Take ¹NY State Thruway (Route 87) North, approximately 40 miles/40 minutes. ²Exit 17, Route 84 - Newburgh, take Route 84 East, veer/turn right, just after tolls, make right onto Route 84 East (Beacon), take across ³Newburgh - Beacon Ridge, get into right lane - take exit right after bridge toll. Turn right at exit 11, 4Route 9D North, Wappingers Falls, make left at 'stop', at end of exit ramp onto 9D North - follow about one mile - 'Dutchess County Stadium' on right side. Can't see stadium or parking lot until they are right there on your right.

Landmarks - Stadium and lot come right after Mobile Station, 7-11 store, Citgo Station - all on your right side, then you'll see stadium sign and parking lot.

14. Oakland Field Complex, Oakland

Take Rt. 202-Ramapo Valley Rd., turn onto Lawlor Dr. by Muncipal Building. Field is the first one on the left (fenced in).

15. Veteran's Memorial Park, Orangeburg, NY

From NJ/West: Take Grand Ave. exit east to the end. At the "T" intersection make a left onto S. Middletown Rd., at the 1st light make a right onto Gilbert Ave. Go up a short hill, just past the next light, road forks, stay to the right onto Veteran's Memorial Drive. Make the 2nd right onto Hunt Rd., make first left into Veteran's Memorial Park Complex. Our field is to the right.

From Tappan Zee Bridge/East: Take 87/287 West to Palisades Interstate Parkway South. Go to exit 6W and go right off exit ramp onto Orangeburg Rd. Follow thru 2 lights and make a left on Hunt Rd. Make 1st left into Veteran's Memorial Park Complex. Our field is to the right.

16. McKay Park, Englewood, NJ (Turf Field) -  William Street, Englewood

Route 4 to Grand Ave. North. Left onto Forest Ave. (West), Right onto William Street (North). Fields are on the left.

16b. Tryon, Englewood (Has no bases - to be picked up from Mark)

By Dismus Middle School - Tryon Field (needs raking). Located on intersection of Tryon Ave. and Liberty Road, Englewood.

17. Waldwick JR/SR High School -  Wyckoff Ave., Waldwick

On Wyckoff Ave. in Waldwick. Field is in back of parking lot.

18. Mahwah High School - Mahwah, NJ

Take Route 17 North. Turn right at W Ramapo Ave. Take the 1st right to stay on W. Ramapo Ave. Turn left at Ridge Road.
